Having our in-house specialized software for customs clearance, we make sure everything is prepared before the arrival of the vessel, hence once it arrives and gets berthed all that is left to be done is cargo clearance and the other activities, like loading/unloading cargo etc.

Our facilities include high end operational equipment such as hired cranes, hoppers, forklifts, payloaders, grabs and other specialized tools and equipment required for discharging/loading of cargoes.

Cash Delivery
To add to your convenience, for a nominal fee, we provide Cash to Master (CTM) service. This means arranging for cash delivery to the master, once the funds are received in our bank account. This saves a lot of paperwork and time, including any travels that may be required.

We ensure the safe and timely delivery and dispatch of packages to and from vessels. We take care of the packages as well as make certain they are all on time.

Ship supplies are closely attended to from the airport and guaranteed to be delivered on time. We also get port customs and coastguard clearances for any spare parts ordered, saving you a lot of formalities.

Joining & Sign Off Crew
Many times, vessels either change their crew, or, if the stay is for a few days, require the crew a place to rest, etc. This includes dealing with the formalities of visa requirements, accommodations, traveling, immigration formalities, and hotel stays, as well as signing off and joining. We only require copies of crew’s CDC and Passport and we'll have all formalities ready a day before the ETA of the vessel.
